The Power of The Breath

Recent scientific studies have shown that deep breath work will improve sleep, reduce inflammation, create energy, improve lung capacity, reduce stress, improve mood and regulate the nervous system.  

Our company workshops, which last approximately 2 hrs, teach breathing techniques that with about 15 minutes of daily practice can reduce blood pressure, resting heart rate, heart rate variance, alleviate sleep apnea, increase lung capacity, and regulate the body’s systems so that employees are healthier and happier.

Our methods enhance focus and creativity by opening up the blood vessels in the brain to the maximum and stimulating the release of feel good chemicals into the body.  

A key part of our teaching is how to build resilience under pressure to offset chronic stress and the negative health effects it creates.
