I first stepped into an ice bath and it changed my life. In that moment, I realized fear didn’t have to hold me—it could free me.

As a former world-class triathlete and performance coach, I knew how to train the body. But when I combined breathwork, cold exposure, and resilience practices, I discovered how to train the mind and spirit to break through fear.

Now, I help people in Mar Vista and around the world live unchained—free from stress, fear, and self-doubt.
