Learn to Master Yourself Under Pressure
Most People train their body. Some train their mind. Almost nobody trains their nervous system.
The Edge is a practical system for training your nervous system so you can stay clear, grounded, and responsive under pressure.
Most People Don’t Need Fixing
They Need Training
Stress reactions are physiological patterns.
If the nervous system isn’t trained, pressure will always trigger the same responses — anxiety, shutdown, anger, or avoidance.
The Edge Method trains the body and nervous system so you can respond with clarity instead of reactivity.
The Edge Method
Emotional strength is not something you think your way into.
It is something you train.
The Edge Method is a practical system designed to strengthen your nervous system so you can stay grounded, clear, and responsive under pressure.
Instead of trying to manage stress after it happens, the training develops the capacity to meet stress differently.
Through the process you will:
• understand how your nervous system responds to pressure and develop your personal regulation blueprint
• learn how to shift your internal state when stress begins to rise
• increase your tolerance for discomfort without shutting down or reacting
• build the ability to stay present and communicate clearly in difficult moments
• gradually raise your baseline capacity for stress
Over time the patterns that once triggered reactivity begin to change.
Pressure no longer controls your response.
You develop the ability to stay steady, aware, and intentional even in challenging situations.
The 5-Day Edge Reset is the place to experience the foundations of this training.
Meet Simon
Former elite endurance athlete and emotional strength coach helping people train their nervous system and handle pressure with clarity.
For much of my life I believed strength meant pushing harder.
As a competitive endurance athlete, I trained my body to tolerate extreme physical stress. Discipline, effort, and performance were everything.
But over time I began to notice something deeper.
Physical strength alone does not determine how we respond to pressure. The real difference lies in the nervous system.
Two people can face the same challenge — one reacts automatically, loses clarity, or shuts down, while the other remains steady and responsive.
That difference is not personality.
It is capacity.
Through years of exploring performance training, nervous system regulation, and emotional development, I began to see that emotional strength can be trained in the same way we train the body.
The work I now teach through the Edge Method is built around a simple idea:
You don’t need to fix yourself.
You need to train your system.
When the nervous system becomes stronger and more stable, the way we respond to stress, relationships, and pressure begins to change naturally.
The 5-Day Edge Reset is the first step into that training.
This Training Is For People Who Want To
• stay calm and clear under pressure
• communicate honestly without shutting down or reacting
• build emotional strength instead of avoiding stress
• develop healthier patterns in relationships and work
• train their nervous system the same way they train their body
What Happens During the 5 Day Edge Reset
The Edge Reset is a five-day training experience designed to help you build emotional strength and nervous system regulation.
The training sessions are daily on zoom for 45 minutes.
Each day includes simple practices that train your body and mind to stay calm, clear, and conscious under pressure.
During the reset you will experience:
• guided breathwork
• nervous system regulation training
• controlled stress exposure
• simple daily practices
• reflection and coaching
This is not a retreat or a workshop but it has been described as being the most powerful experience without leaving on a retreat!
It’s training for real life pressure.

What the Five Days Look Like
Day 1 — Awareness
Understand how pressure hijacks the nervous system and learn the first regulation tools.
Day 2 — Regulation
Breath practices and body-based tools to quickly shift your state.
Day 3 — Capacity
Train your ability to stay steady while experiencing controlled stress.
Day 4 — Application
Use the tools with real-life situations like conflict, pressure, and relationships.
Day 5 — Integration
Build a simple daily system so emotional strength becomes a long-term practice.
Begin With The Edge Reset
