Meet Your Guide
Simon Gowen understands the body. A world class triathlete, an elite level physical performance coach - he understands how to train to make the body perform. But after decades of honing this, Simon found himself wanting to go deeper.
Not everyone is an athlete, but everyone can be the best they can be.
First discovering the benefits of cold exposure when aiding his wife through her own physical rehab and after his first session, he knew that this was something he wanted to teach.
After months of personal exploration the foundations of The SG Way, Simon now combines a powerful practice of breathwork, cold exposure and physical movement to help people bring the best out of themselves.
Our Events
Recent scientific studies have shown that deep breath work will improve sleep, reduce inflammation, create energy, improve lung capacity, reduce stress, improve mood and regulate the nervous system.
Simon is able to teach breathing techniques that with 15 minutes of daily practice can reduce blood pressure, resting heart rate, heart rate variance, alleviate sleep apnea, increase lung capacity, and regulate the body’s systems so that you are healthier and happier.
The SG Way enhances focus and creativity by opening up the blood vessels in the brain to the maximum and stimulating the release of feel good chemicals into the body.
Simon holds free weekly breathwork sessions, regular worldwide public events and can be booked for corporate and private teachings.
